Thursday, September 22, 2011 - Opened for an hour. Lively, a bit dark golden color. Barely bubbles. Pastry, citrus, oxidized, chalk, mineral on nose. Mineral on palate, honey, smooth, tasty, very nice. Bottle disgorged on April 2008.
