Sunday, November 6, 2016 - Narince grapes coming from 18 year old vines planted at the Cotes d'Avanos vineyard in Cappadocia at 900m altitude. Fermented and then aged for 9 months in French oak.
Brass in colour showing peculiar wet stone notes out front followed by smoke and then yellow fruit aromas. Oak is also dominant on the palate despite the pure, intense fruit. Mediu weight with bright acidity.
