93 Points

Saturday, March 21, 2015 - From an excellent looking bottle with a 2 cm fill, this wine had a deep yellow center and clear rims. The medium intensity nose offered up baguette, vanilla, white stone, and lemon.

As usual, this wine took 4+ hours to show its best. It had plenty of power and richness but it also had crisp acidity and excellent length. This wine had enough power and complexity to score 94 points but was held back by a touch of excess oak.

This wine is just in the middle of its drinking window. It has 10 more years of enjoyability ahead.
