Monday, January 29, 2018 - Definitely interesting. Full bodied & for 14.5% abv, there wasn't any hint of it.
Super complex on the nose & palate. Almond, pepper(corns) & maybe quince.
This does seem to cry out for food since it is so distinctive. It would be a great counterweight to a lot of bold dishes.
