Saturday, December 9, 2017 - Very peppery balsamic, and it feels like the red raspberry fruit is trying to break through but can’t. I wonder if time will change that. Seeing as it improves with lots of air in a wide mouthed decanter, I suppose I should bet on yes! Bacon with the late accumulated aromatic finish.
