Tuesday, April 21, 2015 - 'Nothing but Chardonnay' dinner with Peter Rosback: Deep gold colour. Sadly, this wine was corked, with the TCA overpowering the spiciness on bouquet. The wine seemed a buttery, big scaled Chardonnay with a quite sweet entry and reasonable acidity. However, the TCA made it impossible to draw any definitive conclusions. 3/3.
