Sunday, March 4, 2018 - Really smoky and filled with authentic scents and flavors of roasted meats, campfire and dark forest. This bottle is quite mature and open-knit with almost a gritty complexity showing excellent intensity along with notes of violet spice and burnt oak. The finish is so complex and satisfying especially combined with the suckling pig at Nomad, NYC. Thanks David Kovacs!
