Thursday, April 23, 2015 - We first had a sip of this drop via Coravin 10 days ago. We decided it was time to sip again! Brownish-red on the eye. A tad dull on the nose, but hints of dark fruit, dark chocolate and some tobacco. Very soft. Reasonably good fruit, albeit feminine throughout with absolutely no tannins. Fairly long finish. It does not have the legs of Chateau Haut-Brion, but an interesting wine to sip...using Coravin to test both the wine and, well, Coravin.
