Tuesday, June 14, 2022 - Developed. Subtle ox. Delicate honey nuances. Brine. Citrus. Smooth and filling..,balanced, envelopeing acid. Lightly browning apple and lime in finish. Good length. No complaints. Solid. Interesting. Enjoyable. I prefer a little less development with a little more pop and mineral in this varietal.. though awesome for 7+ years! Paired well with Garlic Buttered Prawns.
