Wednesday, February 5, 2014 - Dark crimson cabernet sauvignon. A classic son of the hot 2000 vintage.
Small acidity, silky and refined tannins, full-bodied but not heavy wine.
Cassis, cocoa, mocha and a long delicious finish.
Really mouth-coating.
Lacking complexity of a great Supertuscan, but really worth its price.
