Sunday, December 18, 2022 - Went pretty well with Hungarian style goulash, as the smoky notes in the sauce masked some of the overt oak tones in the wine. The overt oak integrated a bit the next evening (vacuum sealed overnight), but the bottle lost a little energy as well.
