Saturday, January 31, 2015 - Blend of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvedre. Maturation in older French and American oak. This was deeply colored and displayed pleasant berry notes (boysenberry, I would say) with the proper backing of oak. Secondary notes of a smoky, meaty nature, presumably from the Shiraz. Drinking smoothly and delivering a lengthy finish. Quite delicious,
