Thursday, July 14, 2022 - Delicious! Perfect Savoie wine to go with Tour de France watching (recorded) on Bastille Day evening on the Pacific Coast. Partner's first guess was a slightly oxidized Jura wine - pretty spot on description. I love the nuttiness that fills the palate and makes for a long finish. This still has good acidity; overall impression is of great balance with no awkwardness or rough edges. Nice pairing with smoked salmon on crackers.
