Friday, December 25, 2020 - Fresh, concentrated and structured showing blackberry, plum, licorice and tobacco. Medium bodied and high acidity. Needs some time in the decanter to open up. Decent at the price point. Juicy piece of beef would pairs well with it. NI:4, FI:21, FC:7, B:3, L:4
