Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - Drinking well with plenty of air at this point. Perhaps not profound but plenty of stuffing. Meaty rich dark red fruit with plenty of pepper. Tannins are still pronounced and this seems to have a long road ahead. Very nice as always from Sorrel!
