Sunday, April 24, 2016 - My first '14 White Burg, and this is very auspicious. Medium nose of citrus and white flowers, the palate here is medium bodied with intense fruit, intense prickly minerality, and nice lift. Doesn't quite have grand cru texture or density, but the concentration, balance, and purity of the fruit are top notch. This really punches above its weight. Impressive showing, to say the least.
