Thursday, November 26, 2020 - After decanting for 1 ½ hours the wine is beautifully perfumed with aromas of ripe red raspberry and blue fruits, potting soil and singed orange rind. There are additional flavors of oyster shell, herbs, and something I would call medicinal. There is ample acidity and silky tannins. The finish is long and lingering.
