Monday, April 15, 2024 - The veritable iron fist in a velvet glove. Blackberry, plum and vanilla. Very primary driven. Only slightest of garnet brick although plenty of sediment. Medium + tannins, high acidity, long finish. Nicely balanced despite 15% alcohol.
Drink now (we did 3 hour decant) or cellar for more integrated affair. Or do both, as I hope to do one day!
