Tuesday, February 5, 2013 - Immediately after open it smells fruity and lush but flavor is a little heavy on tannins. After some air time, maybe half hour or so, the flavor smooths out nicely with good balance of fruit and very nice mineral. Slight bit of spice in aftertaste. Overall very silky and lush in the mouth with nice lingering aftertaste. Drinks well now but expect it to improve over next year or two.
Updating now after the bottle has been open for over an hour and it is even better. Will be getting more of this one.
