Saturday, May 14, 2022 - Double-decanted and consumed from the carafe which worked well. Tertiary notes of truffles and forest floor frame a fruit of ripe red cherry and dark cherry. Furthermore black tea, dried herbs, mineral notes of coal. Perfectly integrated with good acidity and firm but well built-in tannins.
