Sunday, February 13, 2022 - My bottles continue to evolve and I am not as confident that this wine has peaked as other notes suggest. The nose is to me exceptionally aromatic and expressive. While very smooth, it seems to be continuing to develop depth and weight. I intend to continue aging my remaining bottles, pulling one every few years
