Sunday, January 23, 2022 - This was a real crowd pleaser. Fruit forward and smooth drinking. The ladies loved it. No obvious tannins and only slight acidity. It was okay with the roasted salmon fillets. Probably would be better with chicken or pork. Drink now, or in the next year, or so. Also served the 2014 Evening Land Seven Springs, La Source, which was a better match for the salmon.
