Wednesday, November 29, 2017 - Tasted blind. Opaque purple color turning violet at the rim with a reflective edge. The nose gives off fragrant eucalyptus notes that lends to a very elegant palate that’s silky smooth. Finishes long and heightened by fresh acidity. This is one of the most graceful blends I’ve tasted from this producer. Drink now until 2025.
