Sunday, July 16, 2023 - It is really starting to hit its straps now and has opened up beautifully. Lovely concentrated fruits, spice notes from the Mataro. Very balanced wine, with the slight hint of tannin with superb length on the finish. An excellent bottle.
It requires a good decant, it has a very heavy sediment/crust.
