Thursday, September 22, 2022 - Another Amnon bottle popped at ASA. Paired against an 08 PYCM SA en Remilly Cuvée Nicolas et Mathis. Pale yellow, very chiseled and chalky with an electric palate. Similar tasting to my note on 5/10/22, hard to compare but this seemed even better tonight. This wine is in a great spot for early drinking.
