Thursday, July 20, 2023 - A Good Wednesday: Riesling and Friends: Knoll, Prum, Schaefer, LdH, CRB Pif, Gahier... (Northen China Eatery): Beautiful wine. Earthy and crunchy with clean red fruit balanced with earth and sous bois for days. So poised. Almost refreshing after a night of Riesling and spicy food. This still shines.
