Monday, April 24, 2006 - Tasted blind. Easily identifiable burgundian nose, including earthy mushroom and sun-dried tomato notes. Soft and fleshy early in the evening. It started to sharpen up with air, with pine notes emerging. Not surprisingly, the best wine with the food (roasted salmon). Judging from the way the wine improved over the course of the meal, I would recommend holding for 2-4 more years.
