Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Still going strong!
Nose: earth, ink, mineral, black fruit, old barn, horse saddle...complex and dark. Full bodied, rich, deep, structured, textured, with dusty tannins. Dark fruit flavours mixed with dark chocolate and hints of pepper. Medium length finish. Needs decanting or a few more years in the cellar...'til 2030.
