Thursday, November 21, 2019 - Drinking very well right now. Delicious wine, with a touch of funk - blue cheese, which blows off pretty quick. Replaced by citrus and some green vegetal notes. Palate is dominated by lemon zest and a touch of oiliness. Finishes with a hit of lip smacking unpredictable acidity that defines the wine. Love to revisit this wine in 3-5 years
