Blind. Lemon oil and Robinson's Lemon Barley Water nose. No oak here. Very pale and pure. Some pumice stone minerality. Mouth has puckering acidity and reveals a certainly slatiness. Good stuff, more familiar with Hunter Valley Semillons but this is very good as well.

Drinking very well right now. Delicious wine, with a touch of funk - blue cheese, which blows off pretty quick. Replaced by citrus and some green vegetal notes. Palate is dominated by lemon zest and a touch of oiliness. Finishes with a hit of lip smacking unpredictable acidity that defines the wine. Love to revisit this wine in 3-5 years

Glowing yellow with flecks of green. Classic sémillon nose- citrus, honeysuckle, a bit of oily lanolin. Enters with quite angular, sharp acidity. A wall of citrus, finishing quite juicy and clean. Drinking well but I suspect another 10 years will see further evolution.
