Sunday, June 6, 2021 - Deep gold amber. On the nose, grapefruit marmalade, nuts, lemon and its rind. Very pure fruit straight down the middle of the palate with a hint of salinity, some oxidation and nuttiness, high acids, lovely clarity, long ringing finish. 13.5 % alcohol. [Drank at our anniversary dinner at Daniel.]
