Wednesday, October 6, 2004 - Medium ruby red to a rose rim. Aromas of vanilla, black cherry, dark cocoa, black plums, and dried flowers. Medium bodied with crushed red fruits, earth, and spice. Very fresh tasting. Moderate finish, ~25-30s with red fruit. Good Valpo. Uses the ripassa method. Not quite up to par with the Zenato, but still nice.
