Thursday, March 8, 2018 - Hour and half decant, could have used more, give it a couple at least if you can. The nose is dusty, with cherry and a tangy citrus element. The palate is tight with very grippy tannins and strong acidity but has plenty of fruit and oakiness to make it enjoyable. A medium mouthfeel with a little bit of heat and a medium finish, this would benefit from more time in the cellar or a lot more air but still a pleasant wine to drink.
