Wednesday, July 29, 2015 - A fresh example of Gewürztraminer, with lychee, white flower and pear-like aromas. Medium body and acidity, it leaves a bitter sensation in the aftertaste, but paired surprisingly well with green soybeans tofu + wasabi.

I normally don't like very aromatic varieties like Malvasia or Gewürztraminer, but the freshness of this one was very pleasant.
