Monday, September 4, 2017 - Decanted for 3 hours. Dark purple color, nice nose and tons of extraction. Grenache is a little green and bitter for me. I've had this wine a few times now and prefer the more Syrah dominated Ingenuity or the Paderewski better but that's just me.
