Tuesday, January 18, 2022 - Purple in color and opaque in the glass. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, orange peel, milk chocolate, and sweet herbs on the nose. Tastes of black cherry and white pepper on the palate. Medium(+) in body with medium tannins and a long finish. I might have waited a little too long to open this bottle but it definitely wasn't on any downward trajectory. Palate folded over and over in the mouth. Great texture.
