Saturday, January 3, 2015 - What a great bottle of Shiraz! 10 years old with a brick red colour. Lots of sediment built up near the neck and shoulder. On the nose, tar, dark rich juicy fruits, cotton candy. On the palette, everything has nicely integrated. Just a pleasure to taste with a long finish. The tannins are soft and well integrated now. I don't get the usual McLaren Vale herbal notes but still a fine wine. Drink up now as I don't believe this will get any better. 92-93 pts.
