Saturday, July 2, 2016 - Opened for lunch in NY. Consistent with the '13 SB, it is a 'young' version of it. This time, we gave it some more decanting time, which allowed the floral nose and full rounded taste to open up (about 1.5-2 hours). Like in the last tasting, it's 'crispy' so to speak compared with the '13. The house have voted pretty clear on the bottle, with two refills. The remaining nose and floral notes are like the ones in late may, and the only additional feedback to offer would be to give it a decanting. It does bring good results! (92+)
