Friday, April 24, 2020 - A beautiful Merlot Cab Franc blend, from a vineyard containing the bones of a 37 million year old whale!
On the nose, plum, blackberries, red fruit crumble, white chocolate and herb.
The palate shows a nutty chocolate dark fruit, with a nutty length of flavour, silky tannins, beautiful mid weight palate.
