Sunday, December 11, 2022 - Drank next to the 1994 Unico. By comparison, less opulent and more restrained but probably just needs more time (was opened 5 hours prior). Black cherry, hint of eucalyptus, hung meat and earth. Will probably hit peak staring 2027 and beyond.
