Tuesday, February 19, 2013 - With an incredible nose of barbecue, smoke, charcoal, earth, black cherry jam, mint, thyme and earth, you know you are in for a special treat. On the palate, this wine coats your mouth with soft, velvet textured fruit. Perfectly ripe and over ripe plums, black raspberries, spice, jam and spearmint that seem to remain on your palate for close to 50 seconds. What great treat and an even better wine. I wish I owned some.
