Thursday, July 2, 2015 - Deep golden; wow rich, noble, caramel, butterscotch, apricot, honey, spicy botrytis and pineapple, I liked the bass to this which commanded your attention; deep and flavorful on the palate wide and deep still with great acid, honeyed and rich pastry though not yet getting into any nutty notes; really great stuff, potent too, the 1 oz pour was the perfect amount for the unbelievable piece of fois that went with it so amazingly, 97 point pairing.
