Thursday, December 28, 2023 - Coravin. Apricot. Black or fruit tea. Honey. Peach. Luxardo cherry. Dryer than expected. Very firm finish. Paired with foie gras. Dolce is a knockout, and more consistent than buying random Sauternes.
