Wednesday, December 30, 2015 - I don't know what it was -- perhaps the moon phase, my mood, the food pairing (snapper), or something else entirely -- but this bottle was significantly more satisfying than the one I opened last month. This is just a super-delicious, bright, light, mineral white that has sneaky concentration. It has the attractive grapefruit and minerals of a young Gruner, but without the jagged edges and harsh acids. Perfect food wine as well.
