Saturday, July 2, 2011 - This needs time and/or decanting. On the first night, it's interesting; full of red (under ripe) plum fruit and the nougat-like quality you sometimes get with organic/ bio-dynamic wines (90). On the second night; there's Merlot purple plum fruit, mixed with pine/ forest floor, in a dark, lush mix that still screams natural wine (94).
