Sunday, April 7, 2024 - 16-19 C, decant needed (but not much) and appx 1-2h. With filet n bea.

Best at start 16-17C with hard cheese. More dry and harsh with the food an18-19 C.

Keep at 15-17, salty meat and decant 1-2h.

Dark berries, tar, pencil lead.

Now sure if it is a drink now or keep 3y.
