Friday, November 18, 2011 - CT Texas III; 11/18/2011-11/21/2011 (Galveston, TX): Poured through vinturi and allowed to decant for one hour. This is definitely shut down hard. Not giving up much on the nose or palate, Everything is walled off by tannins at this point. I believe this will be a great wine someday, but today, I can't even score it.
