Some woody aroma.
Medium to full body. Will continue to develop more body with aging.
Citrus and some minerality in the taste with a long finish, medium acidity and alcohol well integrated.
Good now, but should develop over next few years.
Food parings: Roast pork. Semi hard cheese like Jarlsberg
