Thursday, May 25, 2017 - It is a great pleasure go be able to confirm that my last bottle was a one-off. This bottle offered all the fruit, character and finesse that I associate with the 'Wild Ferment' range.
Good, 'Burgundy' nose and a fine palate showing green apple, citrus, some tropical fruits, with notes of brioche on the middle/late palate. Complex with hints of spice. Excellent acidity and balance and very long. Lovely wine and great value - a competitive white Burgundy would cost so much more IMO.
