Saturday, August 26, 2023 - At private lunch, Hamilton. This wine remains fresh and robust with a nose of garnet plums, blackcurrants and touches of cedar and dark chocolate. The palate has plenty of character and depth with a rich roundness leading into some fine balancing tannins. There some nice grip and persistence to finish a wine that sits right in the zone of accessible right bank Bordeaux.
